The expansion will also add “true” co-op for the first time. Recent tallies mention at least 130 new items, bringing the total number of pick-ups in Isaac to over 700. While much of the content that was first introduced in Antibirth will make the jump to Repentance, there will also be new additions, from items and characters, to new levels to die in. The expansion pack, based off of a popular fan-made mod called Antibirth, was first announced in August of 2018, but has since seen a number of significant delays. After a long development, the third expansion pack for The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth is finally coming to Steam on March 31, as revealed in a new trailer.
